Ashley graduated from Texas Christian University with a Bachelors in Political Science. She and her husband are originally from San Diego and moved to the Dallas area in 2017.

Ashley came from a recruiting background with an international focus. She was intrigued by SEMbio after meeting the team and learning about their commitment to connecting with the candidates and understanding the space that they are working in. Ashley joined SEMbio in April 2019 and has enjoyed learning both about the industry and from the MSLs in this space. She loves people and is driven by the ability to help candidates make meaningful connections with opportunities that are exciting and rewarding for them.

Ashley loves learning about and visiting new places. In her free time, she enjoys being by the pool, cooking, and planning her next trip!
