Rochelle graduated from the University of Tennessee with Bachelors in Biology and was a Varsity Crew Member for the University of TN Rowing team. She is originally from Memphis, Tennessee, but moved to Austin for a new job in 2003, met her husband there, and then they made their home in the Dallas area in 2006.

Rochelle has more than 15 years of recruiting experience with the majority of those in the life sciences, specifically, field-based Medical Affairs. In the fall of 2020, she made the decision to join SEMbio and has never looked back. Rochelle is very passionate about Medical Affairs and working with MSLs. Many of them have become good friends and she truly enjoys being able to learn about what makes a person tick. She enjoys building long term relationships and being able to find the right fit for each MSL she has the opportunity to get to know. The combination of her degree in Biology and the love for science drives her in learning more about the ever-changing responsibilities for Medical Science Liaisons in today’s pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets. She is always pushing the boundaries on how she can become better at her career, and she truly values each and every relationship she has made along the way.

In her free time, you can find Rochelle traveling to hit a trail race or spending time with her family. She is married with two boys and a beloved family pet. Other hobbies Rochelle truly enjoys include anything outside such as camping, paddle boarding, and hiking. As well as watching football or curling up with a good book. However, her favorite thing in the world is to watch her two boys compete in Cross Country and Track. She says she is absolutely their biggest fan and cheerleader.
